The Role
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. You will play an important part in ensuring passengers reach their destinations on time and in comfort.
What You'll Do
– Operate the bus safely and in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
– Pick up and drop off passengers at designated stops according to the schedule.
– Ensure passenger safety during boarding, travel, and disembarkation.
– Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bus at all times.
– Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.
– Keep accurate records of routes, fuel usage, and daily trips.
– Provide courteous assistance and information to passengers when needed.
What You'll Need
– Valid commercial driver’s license (appropriate class for bus operation).
– Proven experience as a bus driver or similar driving role.
– Good knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and safety regulations.
– Strong communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
– High level of reliability, punctuality, and responsibility.
– Clean driving record (no major traffic violations).
