The Role
As our Compliance Officer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring Chloe operates in full alignment with legal standards, industry regulations, and our internal policies. You’ll play a key role in protecting both our brand and the families we serve by maintaining the highest standards across our products, partnerships, and operations.
What You'll Do
– Monitor and interpret regulatory developments that impact the company’s operations and product lines.
– Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
– Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments across departments.
– Ensure product labeling, marketing, and packaging comply with local and international standards (e.g. NAFDAC, SON).
– Provide training and support to teams to promote a culture of compliance.
– Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent Chloe in compliance-related matters.
– Investigate and respond to any compliance breaches or incidents.
– Maintain accurate records and prepare compliance reports for leadership and regulatory authorit
What You'll Need
– Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (ICAN/ACCA or Compliance certifications are a plus).
– 3+ years of experience in a compliance, regulatory, or legal role — preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or healthcare.
– Solid understanding of Nigerian regulatory agencies (e.g., NAFDAC, SON, FCCPC).
– Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– A proactive mindset and passion for ethical business practices.
